Meet Our Master Class Instructor: Johanna Holst

Originally from Sweden, Johanna began her yoga journey in India, where she completed her yoga certifications, grounding her teaching in tradition, breath, and presence. She then followed her path to Costa Rica, where she has spent over a decade teaching yoga classes, yoga teacher trainings, and transformational retreats.
Johanna brings a rare balance of Scandinavian strength and gentle guidance — calm, kind, and deeply supportive. Her teaching style meets women exactly where they are, making her work accessible for beginners, while empowering women to explore challenge, confidence, and growth safely.
